• Discriminatory language or behavior based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Sending unsolicited or inappropriate messages outside the scope of lessons.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any form.

3. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers on iPractis are held to a high professional standard. By joining the platform, teachers agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled lesson.
• Provide accurate information in their profile, including qualifications and experience.
• Maintain a professional and constructive learning environment during sessions.
• Avoid cancelling lessons without adequate notice except in genuine emergencies.
• Never solicit students to conduct lessons outside of the iPractis platform.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are equally responsible for maintaining a positive experience on the platform. Students agree to:

• Attend scheduled lessons on time and notify the teacher in advance if unable to attend.
• Treat teachers with respect and engage constructively during sessions.
• Provide honest and constructive feedback through reviews.
• Avoid filing false or misleading dispute claims.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are forbidden and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Attempting to circumvent the platform's payment system.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another user.
• Sharing or distributing copyrighted lesson materials without permission.
• Recording sessions without the explicit consent of the other party.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct.

6. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately through the platform's dispute or support tools. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled with confidentiality. We are committed to taking appropriate action for verified violations.

7. Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action depending on the severity of the conduct. iPractis reserves the right to make enforcement decisions at its sole discretion.
